Lucky 7 Enterprises Sales Policy

It’s easy to order parts from Lucky 7 Enterprises Inc. if you are in more of a hurry or have any questions, just give us a call during our business hours and we will be happy to take your order over the phone. All merchandise is payable with Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check, or International Money Order, prior to shipping the order. All orders, mail or phone, will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible and will be delivered right to your door.

Please order using the complete part number. Some part numbers require you to include a size, be sure to add this to receive the correct parts. Include the name and/or brief description of each item along with all information on type of vehicle parts are being used on. Clearly print your name, address and zip/postal code for shipping. Include full payment along with number, full name and expiry date if using a credit card.

Prepare a list of the complete part numbers and a brief description of the parts you wish to order. If using a credit card for payment be sure to have the necessary information ready. Phone orders may be made during business hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday (by appointment only).

We ship by UPS whenever possible. On orders paid by check or international money order, merchandise is shipped freight collect. On credit card orders, freight charges will be added to your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. If paying by certified check or international money order, call to confirm full purchase cost before mailing order.

Orders or portions or orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped as soon as available.

All foreign orders are subject to special handling charges. Upon receipt of order we will inform you of what these charges will be, based on parts, weight and destination. Please allow 30 to 60 days for shipment of foreign orders.

All sales are final and merchandise may be returned only with the consent of Lucky 7. Approved returns are subject to a handling charge of not less than 10%. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid as the Receiving Department is not authorized to accept collect shipments. Products that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned. No returns after 30 days.

Lucky 7 Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improvements upon any of its products at any time without incurring any obligation whatsoever to install the same or improve upon products previously manufactured.

Any shortages on shipment must be reported to Lucky 7 Enterprises Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Lucky 7 will fax/email a “claim form” to the customer to be filled out and returned. This form must be filled out completely and faxed/emailed back before the claim can be processed. If Lucky 7 is found to be at fault, the claimed items will be reshipped to the customer. No credit will be issued to a customer for cartons shortages in the Bill of Lading has been signed for the correct number of cartons being shipped. “It is the customer’s responsibility to take the time and verify the number of cartons they receive on the Bill of Lading before signing the freight document.”

Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at out option, any product found to be defective subject to our inspection and approval. Lucky 7 Enterprises Inc. will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by use or mis-use of any product we manufacture or sell. Our liability will end with the repair or replacement of the part if found to be defective.
